浅析微创技术在创伤骨科临床治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:深入研究思考针对患有创伤骨科的疾病病人采用微创技术的办法在临床实践中的治疗效果.方法:把我院收取医治的100例患有创伤骨科疾病的病人作为本次研究的主体对象,选取的时间区间在2016年1月至2019年1月,将以上病人按照随机序号的办法进行分组,并区分为治疗组和常规组,每组病人各有50例,对常规组的病人进行常规性的检查和治疗方法,对治疗组的病人采用微创技术的办法进行针对性的治疗,通过记录分析病人经过治疗之后的两组病人的治疗效果和各项数据指标的情况.结果:入院前常规组生活质量评分与治疗组相比较无差异(p>0.05),入院后治疗组生活质量评分高于常规组,组间差异显著(p<0.05).治疗组各项指标数据比对常规组较优(p<0.05);治疗组的病人总优良率为97.32%,常规组的病人总优良率为85.18%,治疗组和常规组的病人有关数据差异具有统计学上的实际意义(X2=5.393,P=0.030).结论:针对患有创伤骨科的疾病病人,采用微创技术在治疗创伤骨科的病人,具有更强的可靠性,具有较强的普及、推广的实际价值.Objective:To study the treatment effect of minimally invasive technology for patients with traumatic orthopedics in clinical practice.Methods:Taking 100patients with traumatic orthopedic diseases as the main object of this study,the selected time period was from January 2016to January 2019.The above patients were grouped according to the random serial number and divided into the treatment group.Each group had 50patients had routine examination and treatment,and recorded the treatment effect and various data indicators of the two groups after treatment.Results:Before admission,there was no difference in the quality of life score between the routine group and the treatment group(P>0.05),but after admission,the quality of life score in the treatment group was higher than that in the routine group,and the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).The indexes of the treatment group were better than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The overall excellent and good rate of patients in the treatment group was 97.32%,and that in the conventional group was 85.18%.The data difference between the treatment group and the conventional group was statistically significant(X2=5.393,P=0.030).Conclusion:For patients suffering from orthopaedic trauma diseases,the use of minimally invasive technology in the treatment of orthopaedic trauma patients,has stronger reliability,has a strong popularization,promotion of practical value.
