血管内超声在慢性完全闭塞冠脉病变介入治疗应用观察

摘　　要：目的分析血管内超声在介入治疗慢性完全闭塞冠脉病变的应用效果。方法以2017年10月~2019年1月收治的72例慢性完全闭塞冠脉病变患者为对象,随机分为两组,对照组36例行常规介入治疗,试验组36例予以血管内超声协助介入治疗,对比分析两组病人介入手术成功率、平均支架串联长度及支架平均直径等方面差异。结果试验组手术成功率为94.44%,高于对照组(72.22%)(P<0.05);试验组平均支架覆盖长度大于对照组(P<0.05),且试验组平均支架直径大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血管内超声可提高介入治疗慢性完全闭塞冠脉病变手术成功率,可达到更完全的病变覆盖,获得更大管腔面积。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of intravascular ultrasound assisted interventional therapy for chronic complete occlusion coronary lesions.Methods Seventy-two patients chronic total occlusion coronary arterial lesions who were admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to January 2019,and randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Thirty-six cases in the control group were given routine interventional therapy,36 cases in the experimental group were given interventional therapy assisted by intravascular ultrasound.The successful intervention rate,mean stents tandem length,mean stents diameter were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results In the experimental group,the operation success rate was 94.44%,which was higher than 72.22%of the control group(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the tandem stent length was longer than the control group(P<0.05),and the mean stent diameter was longer than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravascular ultrasound can improve the success rate of interventional procedures for chronic completely occluded coronary lesions,allowing for more complete lesion coverage and larger lumen area.
