苦参对肺癌术后肺部证候及胸腔引流量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨苦参对肺癌术后患者肺部中医证候变化及胸腔引流量的影响。方法52例单侧肺叶切除加纵隔淋巴结清扫患者随机分为实验组和对照组,两组术后常规给予止咳、化痰等基础治疗,实验组加用苦参汤剂,1剂/d,服用至术后7d,观察两组患者中医证候变化及胸管引流情况。结果治疗后实验组中医证候评分较对照组明显下降(1.58±0.24 vs 3.61±0.73),胸管引流量减少[(426.32±110.26)ml vs(872.42±102.32)ml],带管时间缩短[(2.76±1.37)d vs (4.31±1.93)d],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苦参可减轻肺癌患者术后咳嗽、咳痰、喘息等中医证候,减少术后引流量和带管时间。Objective To investigate the effects of matrine in lung TCM syndrome changes and chest drainage in patients with lung cancer surgery.Methods A total of 52 patients with unilateral lobectomy plus mediastinal lymph node dissection were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,and the two groups were routinely given basic treatments such as cough and sputum reduction after surgery,and the experimental group was added with matrine decoction,1 dose/d until 7 days after surgery.The changes in TCM symptoms and chest tube drainage were observed in the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score in the experimental group decreased significantly(1.58±0.24 vs 3.61±0.73),volume of chest tube drainage decreased[(426.32±110.26)ml vs(872.42±102.32)ml],and the time with the tube was shortened[(2.76±1.37)d vs(4.31±1.93)d],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Matrine can alleviate the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine such as cough,sputum cough and wheezing in patients with lung cancer after surgery,and reduce postoperative drainage and tube time.
