综合医院应对疫情常态下新型冠状病毒肺炎防控措施的探索与研究

摘　　要：感染疾病科是新型冠状病毒肺炎防控体系中的重要组成部分,在疫情防控工作中发挥重要作用。同时,面对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的冲击,也暴露出了很多问题,包括公立医院发热门诊及隔离病房管理不规范,发热门诊的预检分诊管理工作不到位,医护人员配置和防护知识欠缺、培训不到位等诸多问题。因此本文通过分析疫情常态下感染疾病科发热门诊、隔离病房的防控措施的制定及演进过程,将本科室发热门诊、隔离病房的建设及工作经验进行总结,为提高综合医院感染疾病科应对突发传染病的应急能力提供储备。Infectious disease department is an important part of New Coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control system.It plays an important role in epidemic prevention and control.At the same time,in the face of the impact of New Coronavirus pneumonia,many problems have also been exposed,including the outpatient management of the public hospitals and the isolation wards,which are not standardized.The management of the preview triage in the fever clinic is not in place,the knowledge of medical staffs is not enough,and the training is not enough.Therefore,by analyzing the formulation and evolution process of prevention and control measures of fever clinic and isolation ward in infectious diseases department under the normal epidemic situation,this paper summarizes the construction and work experience of fever clinic and isolation ward in our department,so as to provide reserves for improving the emergency response ability of infectious diseases department in general hospital.
