摘　　要：基于河北省科技创新现状,从科技创新环境、科技投入水平、科技产出能力和企业技术创新能力4个维度构建综合评价指标体系,运用主成分分析对河北省11个市科技创新能力进行评价,根据评价结果进行聚类分析。结果表明,河北省区域科技能力发展不平衡,石家庄、保定科技创新能力相对较强,唐山等居于中间水平,邢台等科技创新能力较弱。运用单因素方差分析找出3类城市之间差异的原因,进而提出相应对策建议。Based on the current situation of scientific and technological innovation in Hebei Province,a comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed to evaluate the scientific and technological innovation ability of eleven cities in Hebei Province from four dimensions scientific and technological innovation environment,scientific and technological input level,scientific and technological output capacity and enterprise technological innovation capacity.According to the evaluation results,a cluster analysis is carried out.The results show that the development of regional scientific and technological capabilities in Hebei Province is unbalanced.One-way analysis of variance is used to find out the reasons for the differences among the three types of cities,and then corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
