摘 要:研究我国食品相关产品标识和使用说明规范,以期为生产企业设计标签的合规性提供技术指导。通过查阅国内外有关食品相关产品标签管理的法规和文献,归纳总结食品相关产品标识和使用说明的技术要求。我国标准并未像欧盟一样规定只有通过了食品相关产品国家标准质量要求的产品才能标注“食品接触用”标识,导致“食品接触用”标识品牌效应不佳。另外,我国标准对产品的使用说明及注意事项并无系统、全面的规定,建议健全相关管理规范及标准,使“食品接触用”标识与产品质量挂钩,形成品牌效应;细化使用说明及注意事项的法规及标准规定,由此促进食品相关产品标识和使用说明更加规范。We researched label symbols and instructions of food contact products in China,expecting to provide technical guidance on label design regulation for manufacters.This paper summarizes the technical specification of food contact product labeling and instructions for use by reviewing domestic and international regulations on food contact product.This study finds that China’s standards do not specify that only products having passed the quality requirements of the national standards for food contact products can be marked with the"food contact"symbol,resulting in poor"Food contact"symbol brand effect.In addition,the standards do not have systematic and comprehensive regulations on the use of the product instructions and precautions.Therefore,this paper proposes to improve the relevant regulations and standards,so that the"food contact"symbol is linked to good quality of the product and brand effect can be strengthened.We also suggest to refine the instructions and precautions for use of regulations and standards,thereby promoting the standardization of the labeling of food contact products and instructions.
