摘  要:相国寺储气库井在技术套管固井时超低压易漏失,采用常规水泥浆难以返至地面,固井质量难以保证,因此采用低密度水泥浆。根据储气库的技术要求,设计出了一套韧性防气窜低密度水泥浆体系,密度在1.30~1.50 g/cm^(3)可调,室内性能评价结果表明:该体系沉降稳定性,流动性好,稠化时间可调,早期强度高,弹性模量低,线性膨胀率高,具有较好的防气窜能力,满足储气库对水泥石的力学技术要求。现场应用3口井,固井质量合格率达到97.2%,优质率90.1%,韧性防气窜低密度水泥浆体系能够有效解决相国寺储气库低压易漏地层固井漏失问题,为后期储气库扩容井提供了技术支撑。The Xiangguosi gas storage well is easy to leak when the technical casing is cemented at ultra-low pressure.It is difficult to return to the surface with conventional cement slurry,and the cementing quality is difficult to ensure,so low-density cement slurry is used.According to the technical requirements of the gas storage,a set of tough and anti-gas channeling low-density cement slurry system was designed,the density can be adjusted between 1.30 and 1.50 g/cm^(3).The indoor performance evaluation results show that the system has good settlement stability and fluidity.The thickening time is adjustable,the early strength is high,the elastic modulus is low,the linear expansion rate is high,and the gas channeling resistance is good,which meets the mechanical technical requirements of the gas storage for cement.Three wells were applied in the field.The qualified rate of cementing quality reached 97.2% and the high-quality rate was 90.1%.The tough gas channeling-proof low-density cement slurry system can effectively solve the problem of cementing leakage in the low-pressure and easy-leakage formations of Xiangguosi gas storage,providing technical support for the later expansion wells of the gas stroage.
