居民持有商业养老保险的影响因素分析

摘　　要：首先利用k近邻填补算法对西南财经大学中国家庭金融调查数据中的缺失数据进行填补修正;其次利用Lasso-Lars回归具有变量筛选的特点,过滤部分不重要的影响因素;最后采用Logistic模型和ID3决策树模型对居民持有商业养老保险的影响因素进行实证分析,分别揭示了商业养老保险影响因素在宏观层面和微观层面上的重要性程度。结果表明居民持有商业养老保险的因素可以分为三个主要方面,按照重要性依次递减分别为个人或家庭状况、对我国经济与金融的参与程度、文化程度水平,并据此提出相关建议。At first, the K-nearest neighbor algorithm is used to fill in the missing data in the survey data of Chinese household finance of Southwestern University. Secondly, the feature of variable selection of Lasso-Lars is used to filter out some unimportant influencing factors. Then the Logistic model and ID3 decision tree model are used to make an empirical analysis of the influencing factors for residents holding commercial endowment insurance, and the importance of the influencing factors of commercial endowment insurance was revealed at the macro level and micro level. The results show that the factors for residents to hold commercial endowment insurance can be divided into three main aspects, which are respectively the degree of personal or family’s participation in China’s economy and finance, and the level of education in descending order of importance. Some relevant suggestions are put forward accordingly.
