利用后悔理论的既有建筑节能改造融资风险评价

摘　　要：为了有效地评价政府财政补贴的既有建筑节能改造项目的融资风险,首先建立了融资风险指标体系,引入后悔理论对项目综合融资风险进行计算,确定综合融资风险等级;最后,引入实例验证模型在融资风险评价方面的科学性和适用性。结果表明将后悔理论引入既有建筑融资风险评价中,可以有效地计算融资风险综合评价值进而确定风险等级,丰富了既有建筑节能改造融资风险评价的理论研究。In order to effectively evaluate the financing risk of existing building energy-saving reconstruction projects subsidized by the government, the financing risk index system is firstly established. Then the regret theory is introduced to calculate the comprehensive financing risk of the project, and the comprehensive financing risk level is determined. Finally,an example is introduced to verify the scientificity and applicability of the model in financing risk assessment. The results show that the introduction of regret theory into the financing risk assessment of existing buildings can effectively calculate the comprehensive evaluation value of financing risk, and then determine the risk level, which enriches the theoretical research on the financing risk assessment of energy-saving transformation of existing buildings.
