摘　　要：秦兆阳出台了多项计划,其中包括《〈人民文学〉改进计划要点》等,对以往《人民文学》办刊经验进行了刷新,展现出明显的“革新”色彩。从秦兆阳“编者的话”(共9期),能看出他对具体作品的鲜明态度。对每部作品,秦兆阳都作出点评,寄寓了他对当时小说的“评价”和“引导”。在《组织部新来的青年人》修改事件中,秦兆阳与王蒙产生了“错位”。秦兆阳修改时,力图让林震复杂,但他的意图却很简单。秦兆阳的“抗辩”,表现出一定勇气,与其倡导的“干预生活”形成互文。Qin Zhaoyang has issued many plans,including"Key Points of the Improvement Plan of People's Literature,updating the previous experience of operation on People's Literature and showing a significant color of"Innovation".Analyzing Qin Zhaoyang s"Editor's Words"(total 9 issues),we can learn his distinctive attitude towards specific works.Qin Zhaoyang made comments on each work,devoting his"Evaluation"and"Guidance"of the novels at that time.In terms of the revision on New Onboard Young People of Organization Department,Qin Zhaoyang and Wang Meng had a"Contradistinction".During the revision,Qin Zhaoyang tried to make Lin Zhen complicated,but his intention was very simple.Qin Zhaoyang s"Defense"shows definitely courage and forms intertextuality with"Life intervention"he advocated.
