上海城市更新背景下保留历史建筑的修复与利用——以五坊园四期51-17为例

摘　　要：上海城市建设已进入内涵式发展,中心城区以城市更新为主要发展模式。由于诸多历史文化风貌区内的局部地块亟待更新,如何平衡风貌保护和现代功能需求是目前的重要课题。文章以五坊园四期51-17保留历史建筑为例,从规划布局、平面改造、立面修复、构件保留等多个维度,分析探讨保留历史建筑修复与利用的要点,以期为类似项目实践提供参考。Shanghai’s urban construction has entered connotative development,while the central urban area takes urban renewal as the main development model.Due to the urgent need to update some local plots in many historical and cultural landscape areas,How to balance landscape protection and modern functional needs is an important issue at present.This paper borrows a preserved historical building in the fourth phase of Wu Fang Yuan to analyze and discuss the key points of restoration and utilization from multiple dimensions such as planning layout,plane transformation,façade restoration,and component retention,in order to provide reference for similar project practices.
