摘　　要：老旧住宅尤其是砌体结构住宅在改造修缮中遇到的问题层出不穷,需要综合考虑检测报告、地勘报告及改造设计方案,并结合房屋实际情况及现场踏勘情况,才能做好此类房屋的改造设计工作。文章以上海市徐汇区某小区住宅楼的成套改造设计为例,重点对其中的局部区域外拓、人防地下室处理及屋顶平改坡等改造内容进行介绍,以期为后续类似加固项目的设计提供借鉴。The problems encountered in the renovation and repair of old residences,especially masonry residences,emerge one after another.It is necessary to comprehensively consider the test report,geological survey report and renovation design scheme to do a good job in the renovation design of this kind of house according to the actual situation of the house and the on-the-spot survey.Taking the complete renovation design of residential buildings in a residential quarter,Xuhui District,Shanghai as an example,this paper mainly introduces the renovation contents such as extension of local area,treatment of civil air defense basement and flat-to-sloping roof conversion to provide reference for the design of similar reinforcement projects in the future.
