摘　　要：现有住宅的外墙外保温系统随着使用年限的增加、损坏劣化的发展,开裂和脱落风险逐年增加,需要定期维修保养;而在修缮前,首先需对外墙外保温系统进行科学客观的检测评估,使修缮工作具有针对性、合理性、经济性。文章以某住宅楼外墙外保温系统检测为例,结合《外墙外保温系统修复技术标准》(DG/TJ 08—2310—2019),总结外墙外保温检测要求;并针对现场检测和评估过程中的一些问题给出建议,为今后外墙外保温系统检测和新修缮方法的开展提供参考和借鉴。With the increase of service time and the development of damage,the risk of cracking and falling off of the external wall external insulation system of the existing residence increases year by year.In order to reduce safety risks,the exterior insulation system needs regular maintenance,so the exterior insulation system should be tested and evaluated scientifically and objectively before repair,so that the repair work is targeted,reasonable and economical.Based on the Technical standard for exterior insulation system maintenance(DG/TJ 08-2310-2019),and combined with the actual case of exterior insulation system testing in a residential district,this paper summarizes the requirements of exterior insulation testing,and gives suggestions for some problems in the process of on-site testing and evaluation combined with project experience.The reference and learning are provided for the future external insulation system testing and new repair methods.
