摘　　要：文章对《上海市成套改造、厨卫等综合改造、屋面及相关设施改造等三类旧住房综合改造项目技术导则》的修订背景进行梳理,通过政策调研和技术文件调研,总结其修订过程及内容。在修订版中,结合目前应用成熟的新材料、新技术、新工艺,提出成套改造、厨卫等综合改造、屋面及相关设施改造中的技术规定,为推动上海“新一轮”旧住房更新改造工程提供技术支撑。This article sorts out the revision background of Technical Guidelines for Three Types of Old Housing Comprehensive Renovation Projects(Renovation of Complete Sets,Comprehensive Renovation of Kitchens,Bathrooms,and etc.,Renovation of Roofing and Relevant Facilities)in Shanghai,through the policy research and research of technical documents,summarizes its revision process and contents.In the revision,it combines with currently mature new materials,new technology and new technique,puts forward the technical regulations for renovation of complete sets,comprehensive renovation of kitchens,bathrooms,and etc.,renovation of roofing and relevant facilities,provides the technical support for a new round of old housing renewal and renovation works in Shanghai.
