摘  要:胸外科是外科学的一门重要分支,学科的专科性特征十分明显。在胸外科人才培养的过程当中,尤其注重理论知识的教学、临床操作、手术的实践以及科研能力的培养。但是受限于专业型硕士研究生规培学员轮转时间较短、专业教学内容繁多、手术室进入人员数量限制等因素,使得目前教学的质量不能够得到保证。基于当下“5G+医疗”的背景,对胸外科在住院医师规范化培训中所呈现出的特点进行分析,并对专业型硕研究生个体化培养模式的改良进行初步探讨。Thoracic surgery,with highly specialized discipline,pertains to the small branch of surgery system.In the process of talent training,it attaches great importance to theoretical knowledge,practice of clinical skills and surgical operations and cultivation of the scientific research ability.Due to the short educating period,various teaching contents and the limited number of persons entering the operating room,the quality of regular education cannot be guaranteed.Based on the medical background with 5th generation mobile networks,this paper analyses the characteristics of thoracic surgery clinical education in the standardized training for resident physicians and preliminarily discusses the modified method of personalized talent training for thoracic surgery professional master graduate students.
