摘 要:为探究高温饱和蒸汽处理对原竹吸湿性能产生的影响规律和影响机制,以高温饱和蒸汽为介质对原态竹材(原竹)进行处理。采用双室温、湿度控制法进行等温吸附试验,并运用Hailwood-Horrobin模型对吸附曲线进行拟合,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法和X射线衍射法对处理材进行化学官能团结构和结晶度分析。结果发现:高温饱和蒸汽处理可以有效降低原竹材的吸湿平衡含水率;相比于低温长时处理,高温短时处理可以更为有效地降低竹材的吸湿性;Hailwood-Horrobin模型能够较好拟合原竹在高温饱和蒸汽处理以后的等温吸附曲线,拟合度均高于0.9950;高温热处理以后竹材单层分子水分吸附含量和多层分子水分吸附含量均降低;高温热处理可以降低竹材中羟基等亲水性基团的含量,使竹材相对结晶度升高。To explore the influence law and mechanism of high-temperature saturated steam treatment on the hygroscopic property of raw bamboo.The raw bamboo was treated with high-temperature saturated steam as the medium.The isothermal adsorption test was carried outwith a double-room temperature and humidity control method.TheHailwood-Horrobin model was used to fit the adsorption curve.The chemical functional group structure and crystallinity of the treated materials were analyzed with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffractionmethods.It was found that high-temperature heat treatment could significantly reduce the moisture absorption of bamboo.compared with long-time treatmentat low temperature,short-time treatment at high temperaturecould reduce the hygroscopic pro-perty of bamboo more effectively;the Hailwood-Horrobin model was able to fit the isothermal adsorption curves of the raw bamboo after high-temperature saturated steam treatment,and the fitting degrees were all higher than 0.9950.After high-temperature heat treatment,the molecular water adsorption content of mono-layer and multilayer bamboo decreased,the content of hydrophilic groups such as hydroxyl reduced and the relative crystallinity increased.
