摘　　要：本选题来自某公司的生产实际。应用专业的数值模拟软件ProCAST,结合SolidWORKS三维造型软件,根据叶轮不同的浇铸工艺,对完整的充型与凝固过程进行数值模拟,模拟出可能出现的缺陷,分析不同工艺过程的模拟结果,得出最优工艺实施方案,提高生产效率,节约成本。The production practice of a company is studied in this paper,professional numerical simulation software ProCAST is used together with the 3D modeling software of SolidWORKS.According to different casting process of impeller,the complete filling and solidification process and the possible defects are simulated,and the simulation results of different processes are analyzed.The optimal process implementation scheme is obtained to improve production efficiency and save costs.
