分泌早期短程小剂量米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的中长期效果与安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析子宫内膜异位症患者应用分泌早期短程小剂量米非司酮治疗的中长期效果与安全性。方法选取60例子宫内膜异位症患者,采用随机双盲法分为试验组与对照组,各30例。试验组应用分泌早期短程小剂量米非司酮治疗,对照组应用持续小剂量米非司酮治疗。比较两组治疗前后性激素水平、不良反应发生情况及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组孕酮、雌二醇、促黄体生成素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组孕酮、雌二醇、促黄体生成素水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分泌早期短程小剂量米非司酮在子宫内膜异位症患者治疗中,可改善患者机体性激素水平,且不良反应小,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To analyze the mid-and long-term efficacy and safety of early secreted short-range and low-dose mifepristone in patients with endometriosis.Methods 60 cases of endometriosis were selected and divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases in each group by double-blind method.The experimental group was treated with secreted early short-range and low-dose mifepristone,while the control group was treated with continuous low-dose mifepristone.The levels of sex hormones,the incidence of adverse reactions and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of progesterone,estradiol and luteinizing hormone between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of progesterone,estradiol and luteinizing hormone in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of test group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 76.67% of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early secretion of short short dose of mifepristone in the treatment of endometriosis can improve the level of sex hormones in patients with small adverse reactions,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
