加减苁蓉菟丝子丸随证治疗子宫内膜增生症的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨加减苁蓉菟丝子丸随证治疗子宫内膜增生症的临床效果。方法选取72例子宫内膜增生症息者,根据患者就诊先后顺序编号,单号为对照组,双号为研究组,每组36例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用加减苁蓉菟丝子丸随证治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后子宫内膜厚度、性激素及血红蛋白(Hb)水平。结果治疗3个月,研究组总有效率为97.22%,明显高于对照组的77.78%,差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组子宫内膜厚度比较,无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗3个月,两组子宫内膜厚度明显薄于治疗前,且研究组明显薄于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)及Hb水平比较,无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗3个月,两组LH、FSH水平低于治疗前,但无显著差异(P>0.05),两组Hb水平明显高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论加减苁蓉菟丝子丸随证治疗子宫内膜增生症疗效显著,可降低患者子宫内膜厚度,改善患者月经、贫血情况,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of adding or subtracting Cistanche Tusizi Pills in the treatment of endometrial hyperplasia.Methods 72 cases of patients with endometrial hyperplasia were selected and numbered according to the sequence of patients'medical treatment.The single number was the control group,and the double number was the study group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the research group was treated with Cistanche Tusizi Pills based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,endometrial thickness,sex hormone and hemoglobin(Hb)levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate in the study group was 97.22%,signifi cantly higher than 77.78% in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups(P>0.05);After 3 months of treatment,the endometrial thickness of the two groups was significantly thinner than that before treatment,and the study group was significantly thinner than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and Hb between the two groups(P>0.05);After 3 months of treatment,the levels of LH and FSH in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The level of Hb in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Cistanche Tusizi Pills have a significant effect on the treatment of endometrial hyperplasia,which can reduce the thickness of the patient's endometrium and improve the menstruation and anemia of the patients,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
