摘 要:拉-压杆模型可以有效解决结构应力扰动区配筋设计这一难题,其中拉-压杆的构形是其核心内容,对于D区结构的设计具有重要意义。基于可移动变形组件的显式拓扑优化方法是一种创新的拓扑优化方法,介绍了MMC法拓扑优化原理及流程等,并将MMC法应用于拉-压杆模型的构建。基于MMC法以某一深梁为实例,拓扑优化后构建出的拉-压杆模型与大型有限元软件Abaqus拓扑优化结果进行对比,结果验证了基于MMC法构建拉-压杆模型的可行性与简便性。Strut-and-tie models can effectively solve the problem of reinforcement design in stress disturbed area,and the configuration of strut-and-tie models is its core content,which is of great significance for the design of d-zone structure.The explicit topology optimization method based on moving morphable components is an innovative topology optimization method.This paper introduces the principle and process of topology optimization of MMC method,and applies it to the construction of strut-and-tie models.Based on the MMC method,a deep beam is taken as an example,and the topology optimization results of strut-and-tie models constructed after topology optimization are compared with those of the large finite element software Abaqus.It verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of constructing the Strut-and-tie models based on MMC method.
