摘　　要：目的调查陕西省手术室腔镜设备及护理配合团队管理现状,为促进腔镜护理专业发展,构建标准化腔镜护理管理体系提供参考。方法采用自设问卷,对陕西省72家二级以上医院腔镜设备及腔镜护理配合团队情况进行调查。结果在腔镜设备方面,实现信息化管理的医院不足40%,二、三级医院间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);50.00%~80.36%的医院腔镜设备由护士进行日常维修,导光束、镜头及连接线路是非计划维修的高频部件。在腔镜护理配合团队方面,拥有专科团队的医院低于40%;有资质的专科护士短缺、缺少科学系统的理论和实践培训、专科护士使用模式单一,这些是阻滞专科发展的主要因素。结论目前二、三级医院手术室腔镜设备信息化管理程度有待提升,设备保养维修工作尚待进一步规范,腔镜护理配合专科化程度较低且腔镜设备护理培训效果不佳。护理管理者应积极落实规范维修保养制度,充分运用信息化手段,建立腔镜设备追溯机制;加快推进腔镜护理配合团队成立,加强对专科护理配合人员设备培训效果的监测与评价,同步强化腔镜支持系统。Objective To investigate the management of endoscopic equipment and nursing cooperation teams in operating rooms in Shaanxi Province,so as to provide reference for promoting the professional development of endoscopic nursing and establishing a standardized endoscopic nursing management system.Methods Using self-design questionnaires,we investigated the status quo of endoscopic equipment and endoscopic nursing team in 72 secondary and tertiary hospitals in Shaanxi Province.Results Informationized management of endoscopic equipment was achieved in less than 40%of the hospitals and showed no significant difference between secondary and tertiary hospitals(P>0.05).In 50.00%-80.36%of the hospitals,endoscopic equipment was routinely maintained by nurses,with light guide bundles,lenses,and connecting lines being the most frequent components undergoing unplanned maintenance.Less than 40%of the hospitals have specialized endoscopic nursing cooperation teams.The shortage of qualified specialized nurses,the lack of scientific and systematic theoretical and practical training,and the monotonous use of specialized nurses are the major factors hindering the development of specialized care.Conclusions At present,the level of informationized management of endoscopic equipment is low in the operating rooms of the secondary and tertiary hospitals,the maintenance and repair of equipment needs to be further standardized,the specialization degree of endoscopic nursing cooperation is low,and the quality of training on endoscopic equipment maintenance is not high.Nursing managers should actively implement the standardized maintenance system,give full play to information technology,and establish tracking mechanisms for endoscopic equipment.Measures should be taken to accelerate the establishment of endoscopic nursing cooperation teams,strengthen the monitoring and evaluation of equipment training for specialized nursing staff,and enhance the endoscopic support system.
