摘　　要：目的分析我国公立医院去行政化改革领域相关研究内容及发展特征,为我国公立医院去行政化改革的进一步研究提供借鉴与参考。方法以2000年—2019年CNKI数据库有关公立医院去行政化论文为分析对象,采用CNKI文献计量法可视化分析和Citespace软件,分析了该领域的核心作者、主要研究机构、研究热点等。结果我国公立医院去行政化领域的年度发文量呈现先递增后下降的总趋势,核心发文量占总发文量的比例为43%;研究者和研究机构多集中于高校和专业研究机构,形成少量核心研究群体,核心作者和主要研究机构高度相关,研究机构合作度不高;研究热点有如何建立法人治理结构、外部补偿政策、现代医院管理制度和县级公立医院改革。结论卫生政策的研究热点与国家宏观政策出台密切相关,公立医院去行政化改革政策制定需同时考虑公立医院内部治理机制和外部治理体系,该领域研究与其他学科交叉交流较少、研究机构合作度不高,卫生政策评价是该领域未来重点研究方向之一。构建公立医院现代治理体系、完善公立医院绩效考核、实施员额管理,以及促进医保统筹管理和病种付费、构建区域整合型医疗服务体系是未来政策改革和研究的重要方向。Objective To analyze the contents and features of research on the de-administration in public hospitals in China and provide reference for future studies.Methods We searched the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database for articles on de-administration of public hospitals from 2000 to 2019.Using the CNKI bibliometric visualization analysis and Citespace software,we analyzed the core authors,main research institutions,and research hotspots in this field.Results The annual publication volume in the field of de-administration of public hospitals in China showed a first rising and then decreasing trend,and the publication volume in core journals accounted for 43%of the total publication volume.Most authors were from universities and professional research institutions,forming a small number of core research groups.The core authors were highly related to major research institutions,and the extent of cooperation between research institutions was low.The research hotspots included establishment of a corporate governance structure,external compensation policies,modern hospital management systems,and county-level public hospital reforms.Conclusion The hot research topics concerning health policy are closely related to the release of national macro-policies.Both the internal governance mechanism and the external governance systems should be considered when developing policies on the de-administration of public hospitals.Research in this field has less cross-communication with research in other disciplines and the extent of cooperation among research institutions is low.Health policy evaluation is one of the key research topics in this field.Other major topics include modern governance system of public hospitals,performance assessment,staffmanagement,overall management of medical insurance,disease type-based payment,and regionally integrated medical service system.
