补脾益肺汤联合脐针治疗压力性尿失禁脾肺气虚型临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补脾益肺汤联合脐针治疗压力性尿失禁(SUI)脾肺气虚型的临床疗效。方法:70例随机分为对照组与观察组各35例。对照组给予索利那新口服联合生物反馈治疗,观察组给予补脾益肺汤联合脐针治疗。干预3周后进行疗效评定。结果:两组治疗后ICIQ-SF评分及漏尿率优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后盆底表面肌电值均优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补脾益肺汤联合脐针治疗压力性尿失禁脾肺气虚型可有效改善症状和盆底表面肌电值,疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Supplementing Spleen and Nourish Lung Decoction combined with umbilical acupuncture in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence(SUI)with deficiency of spleen and lung qi.Methods:Seventy cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group,35 cases in each group.The control group were given oral solifenacin combined with biofeedback therapy while the observation group were given Supplementing Spleen and Nourish Lung Decoction combined with umbilical acupuncture.The curative effect was evaluated after 3 weeks of intervention.Results:The ICIQ-SF score and urine leakage rate in the two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The pelvic floor muscle surface electromyography values in the two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Supplementing Spleen and Nourish Lung Decoction combined with umbilical acupuncture in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence with deficiency of spleen and lung qi can effectively improve symptoms and pelvic floor muscle surface electromyography values,with good curative effect.
