口齿清香散辅治慢性牙周炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察口齿清香散辅治慢性牙周炎的临床疗效。方法:100例根据随机数字表法分为两组各50例,两组均予以牙周基础治疗,观察组加用口齿清香散治疗。结果:总有效率观察组比对照组高(P<0.05),观察组中医证候评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组牙齿松动度(MD)、菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙龈指数(GI)及牙周袋深度(PD)均比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:口齿清香散辅治慢性牙周炎疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Kouchi Qingxiang Powder in adjuvant treatment of chronic periodontitis. Methods: A total of 100 cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. Both groups were given periodontal basic treatment, and the observation group were additionally treated with Kouchi Qingxiang Powder. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The TCM syndrome score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The tooth mobility(MD), plaque index(PLI), sulcus bleeding index(SBI), gingival index(GI) and periodontal pocket depth(PD) of the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Kouchi Qingxiang Powder has a good effect in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.
