醋酸去氨加压素联合缩泉胶囊治疗儿童遗尿症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察醋酸去氧加压素联合缩泉胶囊治疗儿童遗尿症的效果。方法:62例分为观察组31例与对照组31例,对照组单用缩泉胶囊,观察组缩泉胶囊及醋酸去氨加压素。结果:观察组总有效率、部分日间下尿路症状改善率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:醋酸去氨加压素联合缩泉胶囊治疗儿童遗尿症可提高疗效,且安全。Objective:To observe the effect of deoxypressin acetate combined with Shuquan capsules in the treatment of children with enuresis. Methods: Sixty-two cases were divided into observation group of 31 cases and control group of 31 cases. The control group were given Suoquan Capsule singly while the observation group was given Suoquan Capsule and desmopressin acetate. Results: The total effective rate and the improvement rate of lower urinary tract symptoms in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Desmopressin acetate combined with Suoquan Capsules can improve the efficacy in the treatment of children with enuresis, with safety.
