摘 要:目的:用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定补阳还五汤传统汤剂与配方颗粒剂中芍药苷含量,研究中药饮片传统汤剂与配方颗粒剂在特定化学成分含量上的一致性。方法:采用ZORBAX SB-Aq C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以水:甲醇:乙酸(75∶25∶0.2)为流动相,体积流量1.0m L/min;柱温30℃;检测波长230nm,分别测定补阳还五汤传统汤剂和配方颗粒剂中芍药苷含量。结果:补阳还五汤传统汤剂中芍药苷含量为164.58mg/剂,三家市面上销售的配方颗粒剂中芍药苷含量分别为126.19mg/剂、110.68mg/剂和48.09mg/剂。结论:芍药苷含量补阳还五汤传统汤剂明显高于配方颗粒剂,二者在特定化学成分含量上具有显著差异。Objective:To determine the content of paeoniflorin in the traditional decoction and formula granules of Buyang Huanwu Decoction by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), and to study the consistency of the content of specific chemical components in traditional decoction and formula granules of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces sex. Methods: ZORBAX SB-Aq C18 column(250mm×4.6mm, 5μm) was used, with water:methanol:acetic acid(75∶25∶0.2) as mobile phase, volume flow rate 1.0mL/min, column temperature 30℃, detection wavelength 230nm,the content of paeoniflorin in traditional decoction and formula granules of Buyang Huanwu Decoction was determined respectively. Results: The content of paeoniflorin in the traditional decoction of Buyang Huanwu Decoction was 164.58mg/dose, and the contents of paeoniflorin in the three commercially available granules were 126.19mg/dose, 110.68mg/dose and 48.09mg/dose respectively. Conclusion: The content of paeoniflorin in traditional decoction of Buyang Huanwu Decoction is significantly higher than that in formula granule, and there are significant differences in the content of specific chemical components between them.
