摘　　要：本文介绍了满足ASME BPVC第Ⅲ卷中HDPE管道系统热熔焊缝相控阵超声波检验设备的主要要求及校准方法,主要论述了对设备器材等主要线性、性能进行有效的规范与控制,以最大限度的保证对HDPE材料和制件的相控阵超声波检验能够获得准确有效的检验结果,从而进一步保证产品的质量。This paper introduces the main requirements and calibration methods of phased array ultrasonic testing equipment for Butt-Fusion joint of HDPE pipeline system in ASME BPVC SectionⅢ,and it mainly the method to effectively regulate and control the main linearity and performance of the equipment so as to ensure that the phased array ultrasonic testing of HDPE materials and fabriaction parts can obtain accurate and effective inspection results in the greatest extent,thus further ensuring the quality of Class 3 products.
