摘　　要：本文主要针对钢骨架聚乙烯塑料复合管电熔套筒生产方式进行研究。改进了原有的电熔套筒内部钢骨架的固定方式,通过在模具分型面处加装两套弹簧机构,利用熔融聚乙烯的注塑压力实现了骨架的自动定位,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率。This article mainly studies the production mode of steel skeleton polyethylene plastic comp osite pipe electrofusion sleeve.The fixing mode of the original steel framework in the electric melting slee ve is improved.By adding two sets of spring mechanisms at the parting surface of the mould,the automati c positioning of the framework is realized by using the injection pressure of molten polyethylene,which re duces the production cost and improves the production efficiency.
