摘 要:在役管道焊接是管道维抢修技术的重要发展方向。在役管道焊接存在管壁烧穿和氢致裂纹风险,特别是X80钢级钢管对焊接热应力更为敏感。提出根据管道最小壁厚、管壁温度和管道有效壁厚预防烧穿的方法,以及通过控制焊条氢含量、HAZ硬度和焊接应力预防氢致裂纹的方法。提出介质热分解、管壁渗碳、渗氢、疲劳失效应作为在役管道焊接工艺评定的重要项目。最后提出了在役管道焊接失效机理和数值模拟方面的研究建议,旨在提高长输管道焊接质量和指导管道维抢修工作。In-service pipeline welding is an important development direction of pipeline repair technology.In-service pipeline welding has the risk of pipe wall burn through and hydrogen induced crack,especially X80 steel pipe is more sensitive to welding thermal stress.The method of preventing burn through according to the minimum wall thickness,wall temperature and effective wall thickness of the pipeline,and the method of preventing hydrogen induced cracks by controlling the hydrogen content of welding rod,HAZ hardness and welding stress are put forward.It is proposed that the thermal decomposition of medium,pipe wall carburization,hydrogen permeation and fatigue failure should be regarded as important items of welding procedure qualification of in-service pipeline.Finally,the research suggestions on the welding failure mechanism and numerical simulation of in-service pipeline are put forward,in order to improve the welding quality of long distance pipeline and guide the pipeline repair work.
