摘　　要：干法脱硫和湿法醇胺脱硫都不适合海上气田平台的脱硫处理,本文介绍了一种适合气田处理平台的新型的脱硫装置。该装置在某深水天然气处理平台进行脱硫试验,结果表明其可以同时有效去除H_(2)S、COS和硫醇,脱硫效果稳定优异且不影响现场正常处理流程,同时处理后的深水天然气的铜片腐蚀达到的1a等级,满足现场实际腐蚀处理要求。Neither dry desulphurization nor wet alcoholamine desulphurization is suitable for desulphurization on offshore gas field platform.This paper introduces a new desulphurization device suitable for gas field platform.The desulfurization test of this device was carried out on a deepwater natural gas platform.The results show that it can effectively remove H_(2)S,COS and mercaptan at the same time,and the desulfurization effect is stable and excellent without affecting the normal field treatment process.At the same time,the copper corrosion of the deep-water natural gas after treatment reaches grade 1a,meeting the requirements of field corrosion treatment.
