摘  要:针对冷轧钢板在沿海地区储存和运输过程中易出现锈斑的问题,本文使用电化学、中性盐雾和原子力显微镜(AFM)研究了平整过程中添加硅酸钠缓蚀剂对钢板的抗锈蚀能力的提升作用。电化学测试表明,随着平整液中硅酸钠浓度的增高,对碳钢腐蚀的阴极还原反应的抑制作用增强,当硅酸钠的添加浓度为1%时缓蚀效率高达95.3%。在平整液中添加硅酸钠可有效提高钢铁在盐雾环境中的耐蚀性,当添加1%硅酸钠时中性盐雾钢板的锈蚀面积从70%降低到7.5%,与平整液中添加1%亚硝酸钠的缓蚀能力基本相当。长周期浸泡试验和AFM测试结果也证明硅酸钠的加入能够有效提高平整液的缓蚀性能。Aiming at the quick rust of cold rolling steelduring storage and transportation in the coastal areas,the effect of combination use of leveling liquid with sodium silicate on rust proof of steel was investigated by the electrochemical test,neutral salt spray test and atomic force microscope(AFM).The electrochemical measurements showed that with the increase of the concentration of sodium silicate in the leveling liquid,the inhibition effect on the cathodic reduction reaction of carbon steel corrosion is enhanced.When the concentration of sodium silicate is 1%,the inhibition efficiency is as high as 95.3%.Moreover,the addition of sodium silicate to the leveling liquid can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of steel in the salt spray test.When adding 1%sodium silicate,the rust area of steel plate is reduced from 70%to 7.5%,which is equivalent to the corrosion inhibition ability of sodium nitrite.Long term immersion test and AFM also confirmed that the addition of sodium silicate can effectively improve the corrosion inhibition ability of leveling liquid.
