摘  要:深水天然气处理平台生产风险较大,需要避免化学药剂的泄露和堵塞,故使用前需要对所有药剂进行腐蚀性和配伍性评价分析。本文测试了某深水天然气处理平台加注的破乳剂、消泡剂、缓蚀剂和甲醇对20#钢、304钢和铜件腐蚀性,以及破乳剂和消泡剂之间的配伍性。实验结果表明,含有醋酸的破乳剂需要谨慎使用,避免长期接触碳钢管线和铜件;而含硫的缓蚀剂对铜件有明显腐蚀,不推荐使用。The production risk of deepwater natural gas processing platform is high,and it is necessary to avoid the leakage and blockage of chemical agents.Therefore,corrosion and compatibility evaluation and analysis of all agents should be conducted before use.The corrosiveness of demulsifier,antifoaming agent,corrosion inhibitor and methanol on 20#steel,304 steel and copper parts and the compatibility between demulsifier and antifoaming agent were tested in this paper.The results show that demulsifier containing acetic acid should be carefully used to avoid contacting carbon steel pipes and copper parts for long time.The corrosion inhibitor containing sulfur has obvious corrosion on copper parts and is not recommended.
