摘　　要：高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB1)是近年研究较热的一种新型炎症因子。不仅参与DNA复制、转录和修复,还可作为炎性介质发挥细胞因子活性,在炎性反应中发挥损伤相关分子模式(DAMPs)作用。随着人口老龄化的发展,心血管疾病(如冠心病、高血压、糖尿病心肌病等)发病率逐年增高,其发病机制复杂。本文就HMGB1及其作用机制进行综述,以期为心血管疾病的诊治提供文献依据。High mobility group protein 1(HMGB1)is a new type of inflammatory factor with hot research in recent years.It not only participates in DNA replication,transcription and repair,but also plays the role of cytokine activity as an inflammatory mediator and damage associated molecular patterns(damps)in inflammatory response.With the development of population aging,cardiovascular diseases(such as coronary heart disease,hypertension,diabetes cardiomyopathy,etc.)incidence rate increases year by year and its pathogenesis is complex.This paper reviews HMGB1 and its mechanism,in order to provide literature basis for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
