摘  要:如何在知识传授中实现价值引领,解决课程思政教育与专业教育“两张皮”的问题,是目前课程思政教育中的关键问题之一。本研究以不动产估价为例,从教学目标方面,构建知识目标、技能目标和思政目标;从课程设计方面,构建专业知识点、思政元素、思政案例等系统化的课程思政体系;在教学方法上,采用多样化教学方式,体现润物细无声的“育德”内涵。在教学效果评价方面,采用对学生学的评价和对教师教的评价。以此课程思政的教学改革模式体现“育人”的作用,为专业课程思政的建设提供参考。How to realize the value leading in knowledge teaching and solve the problem of the separation of ideological and political education and professional education is one of the key problems in the current education.Taking Real Estate Appraisal as an example,this study constructed knowledge goal,skill goal and ideological and political goal from the aspect of teaching goal.From the aspect of curriculum design,we built a systematic curriculum ideological and political education system including professional knowledge points,ideological and political elements,ideological and political cases,and so on.In terms of teaching methods,diversified teaching methods played a"moisten things silently"role.In the aspect of teaching effect evaluation,we put forward two aspects of evaluation of students'learning and teachers'teaching.The teaching reform mode of curriculum ideological and political education reflects the role of"educating people"and provides reference for the construction of professional ideological and political education.
