摘　　要：文章基于DPSIR框架,从社会经济驱动力、公共文化服务提供压力、文化禀赋依存状态、公共文化影响和公共文化服务举措响应五个维度构建了公共文化服务水平评价模型,确立了地区公共文化服务水平评价指标体系,并以长江经济带11个省市为例进行实证分析。最后,提出制定针对性政策与财政支持、鼓励多元主体参与、吸引人才回流及采取符合实际的公共文化举措等提升地区公共文化服务水平的建议。Based on DPSIR framework,the article builds the public cultural service level evaluation model from five dimensions:social and economic driving force,public cultural service providing pressure,cultural endowment dependence,public cultural influence and public cultural service measures.It establishes the regional public cultural service level evaluation index system,and makes empirical analysis in 11 provinces and municipalities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Finally,suggestions are put forward to improve the level of regional public cultural service,such as formulating targeted policies and financial support,encouraging the participation of multiple subjects,attracting talents back and taking practical public cultural measures.
