摘　　要：文章阐述了图书馆的数据类型及数据应用对解决当前图书馆存在的管理与服务问题的积极作用,在此基础上以数据为驱动,以多个利益主体的需求为根本,围绕图书馆业务逻辑体系,探讨了基于数据的图书馆治理与服务体系的构建原则和构建流程。This article expounds the positive effect of library data type and data application to solve the current library management and service problems.On the basis of this,driven by data and based on the needs of multiple stakeholders,the article probes into the construction principle and process of data-based library management and service system centring on library business logic system.
