摘　　要：数据驱动创新已经成为图书馆治理现代化的主要模式,数据治理作为图书馆数据价值释放的核心,能够促进图书馆高质量发展与智慧服务在价值理念上的交融。文章从技术、制度、人才三个维度提出图书馆数据治理路径,三者相互促进,共同构建图书馆数据治理维度。同时提出在推进图书馆数据治理的过程中,嵌入价值与维度内涵,还要应对治理中数据安全、用户保护等风险,进而促进和谐图书馆数据治理秩序生成。Data-driven innovation has become the main mode of the modernization of library governance.As the core of the release of library data value,data governance can promote the integration of high-quality development of library and intelligent service in value concept.The article puts forward the path of library data governance from three dimensions of technology,system and talent.In the process of promoting library data governance,it beds value and dimension connotation,deals with the risks of data security and user protection in governance,and promotes the generation of harmonious library data governance order.
