摘  要:本研究设计了一款新型血管吻合器,通过探究血管与吻合器的相互作用,实现快速高效吻合动静脉血管,为血管端端吻合手术提供可新的方法与器械。通过构建血管吻合器的三维模型,利用3D打印技术快速制作了血管吻合器样机,模拟了不同的单侧施压距离下(0.2、0.3、0.4 mm)血管与吻合环的相互作用。通过体外拉伸实验和渗漏实验,验证血管吻合的有效性。单侧施压距离为0.3 mm时,吻合效果最好,吻合口密封性良好,5 min渗漏量为5.7 mL,其极值水压为(148.25±0.13)mmHg,最大拉伸力为(6.08±1.78)N。本研究的新型血管吻合器可以快速实现血管的端端吻合以及功能重建,通过离体实验初步验证了技术的可行性,后续还需要进一步结构优化设计并进行临床实验。We designed a novel vascular stapler to realize rapid and efficient anastomosis of arteriovenous vessels by exploring the interaction between blood vessels and anastomotic ring,so as to provide new methods and instruments for vascular end-to-end anastomosis.The 3D model of vascular stapler was constructed,and the prototype of vascular stapler was quickly fabricated by 3D printing technology.The interaction between blood vessel and anastomotic ring under different unilateral pressure distances(0.2,0.3,0.4 mm)was simulated;Ex vitro tensile and leak experiments were designed to verify the effectiveness of anastomosis.When the unilateral pressure distance was 0.3 mm,the anastomotic effect was the best,the leakage in 5 min was 5.7 mL,the extreme water pressure was(148.25±0.13)mmHg,and the maximum tensile force was(6.08±1.78)N.The novel vascular stapler can quickly realize the end-to-end anastomosis and functional reconstruction of blood vessels.Its preliminary feasibility is verified by ex vitro experiments,and it is necessary to further optimize the design and carry out clinical experiments.
