摘　　要：新时代乡村生态资本化作为全面推进乡村振兴的重点工作,关乎乡村绿色发展、乡村生态建设、乡村生态治理的成败。新时代乡村生态资本化根植于马克思主义经典作家的生态思想,是中国化马克思主义生态思想的创新与发展,蕴含着主体性、全面性、价值性、和谐性的实践特质。为此,推进新时代乡村生态资本化,一要以明晰产权为逻辑起点,调动产权主体的积极性,提高生态资源的流动性;二要发挥绿色科技的“助推器”作用,兼顾生态收益与生态补偿,促使生态资产向生态资本良性转化;三要以三产融合为着力点,催生新产业、新业态、新模式,打造一体化的产业链;四要多元共振打出“组合拳”,发挥政府顶层设计引导,鼓励社会资本有序参与。Rural ecological capitalization in the New Era, as a key task in comprehensively promoting rural revitalization, is related to the success or failure of rural green development, rural ecological construction and rural ecological governance. Rural ecological capitalization in the New Era is rooted in the ecological thinking of classic Marxist writers, and is the innovation and development of Chinese Marxist ecological thinking, which contains the practical characteristics of subjectivity, comprehensiveness, value and harmony. To this end, to promote the rural ecological capitalization in the New Era, firstly, we must take clear property rights as a logical starting point, mobilize the enthusiasm of the owners of property rights, and improve the mobility of ecological resources;secondly, we must give full play to the“booster”role of green technology, take into account ecological benefits and ecological compensation, and promote the benign transformation of ecological assets into ecological capital;thirdly, we must focus on the integration of the three industries, promote new industries, new formats and new models, and create an integrated industrial chain;fourth, we must play a“combination punch”with multiple resonances, give full play to the guidance of the government’s top-level design, and encourage the orderly participation of social capital.
