摘　　要：数字金融能支持资源型地区转型升级。通过采用来自109个资源型城市2011—2020年的面板数据并运用相关模型探究数字金融对产业结构转型升级产生的影响,结果表明数字金融能促进资源型地区产业结构高级化,但对产业结构合理化并未产生显著影响。还通过异质性检验方法和中介效应检验方法进行进一步研究,发现数字金融的覆盖广度和数字化程度是促进资源型地区产业结构高级化的关键因素。在我国数字金融发展水平较低的地区,尤其是2013年之后的中西部地区,数字金融的产业结构高级化效应更大;推动传统金融发展和技术创新是数字金融促进资源型地区产业结构高级化的有效途径。Digital finance can support the transformation and upgrading of resource-based regions.This paper explores the impact of digital finance on the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure based on panel data from 109 resource-based cities from 2011 to 2018.By using the basic regression method and robustness test to conduct an empirical analysis,the results show that digital finance can promote an advanced industrial structure in resource-based regions;however,it did not have a significant impact on the rationalization of the industrial structure.The paper also conducts further research through the heterogeneity test method and the mediation effect test method and found that the coverage breadth and digitization level of digital finance are the key factors promoting the advanced industrial structure in resource-based regions,and the advanced effect of the industrial structure of digital finance is even greater in areas with a low level of digital financial development,especially in central and western China after 2013.It is an effective way for digital finance to promote the advanced industrial structure of resource-based regions by promoting the development of traditional finance and technological innovation.
