摘　　要：目的观察功能性电刺激治疗男性勃起功能障碍(ED)的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取2019年3月-2021年6月在我院泌尿外科门诊诊治的24例ED患者作为研究对象,随机分成试验组和对照组各12例:试验组采用低频电刺激治疗;对照组采用同一台仪器,亮灯但不予以低频电刺激。每周接受2次治疗,4周为一个疗程。分别在治疗前和治疗后记录和比较两组患者国际勃起功能指数(IIEF-5)评分、阴茎硬度评分(EHS)、男性性欲量表四项(MSF-4)、生活质量评分(QoL)、生存质量测定量表简表(QoL-BREF)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及血清总睾酮(TT)水平,并观察患者治疗期间的不良反应。结果组内比较:试验组治疗前后IIEF-5、EHS、MSF-4评分及TT水平升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组治疗前后各项指标无统计学差异(P>0.05)。组间比较:治疗前两组各项指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组IIEF-5、EHS、MSF-4评分及TT水平比对照组高,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者均未见严重不良反应。结论采用功能性电刺激治疗男性勃起功能障碍,具有一定的疗效,且安全可靠,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of functional electrical stimulation(FES)in the treatment of male erectile dysfunction(ED).Methods A total of 24 ED patients treated during Mar.2019 and Jun.2021 were randomly divided into the trial group(n=12)and control group(n=12).The trial group was treated with low-frequency electrical stimulation.For the control group,the light of the instrument was turned on but no electrical stimulation was given.Both groups were treated twice every week for 4 weeks.The scores of International Index of Erectile Function-5(IIEF-5),Erectile Hardness Score(EHS),Four Items on the Male Sexual Desire Scale(MSF-4),Quality of Life Scale(QoL),Quality of Life-BREF(QoL-BREF),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and total testosterone(TT)before and after treatment were recorded and compared between the two groups.The adverse reactions were observed.Results Intragroup comparison:IIEF-5 score,EHS,MSF-4 and TT were significantly increased in the trial group after treatment(P<0.05),while there were no differences in the control group.Intergroup comparison:IIEF-5,EHS,MSF-4 and TT were significantly higher in the trial group than in the control group(P<0.05)after treatment,while there were no differences before treatment.No serious adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion FES is effective,safe and reliable in the treatment of ED,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
