米拉贝隆与索利那新治疗双J管置入术后膀胱痉挛的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨米拉贝隆与索利那新治疗双J管置入术后膀胱痉挛的有效性及安全性。方法采用随机对照单盲临床实验设计,筛选出90例在山西白求恩医院行双J管置入术的患者,采用随机数表法将患者等分为3组。索利那新组术后当日开始口服琥珀酸索利那新5 mg、1次/d,米拉贝隆组术后当日开始口服米拉贝隆50 mg、1次/d,对照组术后出现膀胱痉挛疼痛发作时予以吲哚美辛栓直肠栓剂25 mg对症治疗。在术后3 d、4周、8周时随访。结果共获得83例患者的可靠随访数据,与对照组相比,索利那新、米拉贝隆2组患者术后膀胱痉挛次数、平均持续时间、平均每次排尿量、膀胱过度活动症症状评分(OABSS)、生活质量评分(QoL)均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.005);3组均未出现严重的不良事件,30例患者(36.1%)出现≥1级的不良事件。结论米拉贝隆与索利那新用于治疗双J管置入术后膀胱痉挛症状都有较为满意的效果,二者临床疗效相近。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Mirabegron and Solifenacin in the treatment of bladder spasm after double J tube implantation.Methods A randomized controlled single blind clinical trial design was used to select 90 patients who received double J tube implantation in our hospital.The patients were divided into 3 groups according to the ratio of 1∶1∶1 by random number table method.Solifenacin group began to take Solifenacin 5 mg qd orally on the same day after surgery,and Mirabegron group began to take Mirabegron 50 mg qd orally on the same day after surgery.The control group was given indomethacin suppository 25 mg when bladder spasm occurred.Patients were followed up at day 3,week 4 and week 8 of treatment.Results A total of 83 patients with reliable follow-up data were obtained.Compared with the control group,in both Solifenacin and Mirabegron groups,the number of postoperative bladder spasm,average duration,average urination volume,OABSS score and QoL score were significantly improved(P<0.001).No serious adverse events occurred in all 3 groups,and≥1 adverse event occurred in 30 patients(36.1%).Conclusion Mirabegron and Solifenacin have satisfactory and comparable efficacy in the treatment of bladder spasm symptoms after double J tube implantation.
