摘 要:由于人口资源在不同区域间的流动性,使得对于共享电动车的使用需求也是动态变化的,以静态方式对其进行调度难以满足用户的需求。为此,提出计及用户满意度的共享电动车区域调度算法设计。首先共享电动车覆盖区域的人口数量及人口结构特征,从年龄和职业角度对用户群体进行划分,计算出区域共享电动车需求,再利用聚类分析的方法动态划分调度区域,按照供需平衡的基本原则,实现对区域内以及区域间共享电动车的调度。测试结果表明,设计方法可以大大提高共享电动车短途交易次数,投放站点的共享电动车利用率基本稳定在75.0%~82.0%之间,且调度工作量得到了大幅控制,表明用户满意度有所提升,使用共享电动车的意愿明显增加掘。Due to the mobility of population resources in different regions, the demand for shared electric vehicles is also dynamic. It is difficult to meet the needs of users by static alignment scheduling. Therefore, a shared electric vehicle regional scheduling algorithm considering user satisfaction is proposed. Firstly, according to the population and population structure characteristics of the area covered by shared electric vehicles, the user groups are divided from the perspective of age and occupation, and the regional shared electric vehicle demand is calculated. Then, the cluster analysis method is used to dynamically divide the dispatching area, and the dispatching of shared electric vehicles within and between regions is realized according to the basic principle of supply and demand balance. The test results show that the design method can greatly improve the number of short-distance transactions of shared electric vehicles, the utilization rate of shared electric vehicles at the launch site is basically stable between 75.0%-82.0%, and the dispatching workload has been greatly controlled, indicating that the user satisfaction has been improved and the willingness to use shared electric vehicles has increased significantly.
