摘  要:电力系统次同步振荡问题由来已久,对电网安全稳定运行具有较大威胁性,是电力系统稳定性问题的重要组成部分。基于实测数据的振荡检测方法,可在一定程度上还原次同步振荡事故情况,并有助于后续振荡的溯源和抑制的实施。次同步振荡的检测方法种类繁杂,不同方法的效果也各不尽相同。首先对次同步振荡的信号预处理技术进行了整理综述,其次将信号提取辨识技术按照基于瞬时值数据和基于相量数据两大类进行了归纳和优缺点比较,并简单介绍了近来新兴的次同步振荡薄弱环节定位技术,最后在结尾对次同步振荡信号检测领域做出了总结和展望。It has been a long time since sub-synchronous oscillation is first found in power system and has been threatening the safe and stable operation of power grid, being an important part of the stability problem of the power system. The oscillation detection method based on the measured data can let people know the original feature of a sub-synchronous oscillation accident, and can contribute to the oscillation source tracing and mitigating. The detection methods of sub-synchronous oscillation are various, and the effects of them are also different. In this paper, the signal preprocessing techniques for sub-synchronous oscillation are firstly summarized. Secondly, the signal extraction and identification techniques are summarized in 2 categories based on instantaneous value data and phasor data. Furthermore, a brief introduction to the newly emerging sub-synchronous oscillation weak segment positioning technology is made. Finally, some summarizations and prospects are made to the field of the sub-synchronous oscillation signal detection field.
