摘 要:为了分析不同流动应力模型对DC全系列深冲钢的适用性,选取了常用汽车板DC01、DC03、DC04、DC05、DC06、DX53D+Z、DX54D+Z、DX56D+Z及DX57D+Z为材料研究对象,并进行了单向拉伸试验。采用常用的Combined Swift-Hockett-Sherby模型、Ghosh模型、Hockett-Sherby模型、Swift模型和Voce模型对DC系列汽车板均匀变形范围内的真应力-塑性应变试验曲线进行拟合,从均方根和相关系数两个方面分析了拟合精度,得出常用模型的拟合精度都很高。而在大应变范围内,模型差异逐渐变大,但存在规律性。最后以DX54单向拉伸试验为拟合目标,对大应变范围内的模型预测值与液压胀形试验曲线进行了比较分析,结果显示,Swift模型预测值最大,Voce预测值最小,液压胀形试验值在Ghosh(或Combined S-H)预测值与和Hockett-Sherby预测值之间,而Hockett-Sherby模型预测值与液压胀形试验曲线最为接近。In order to analyze the applicability of different flow stress models to DC full series deep drawing steel,the commonly used automobile plates DC01,DC03,DC04,DC05,DC06,DX53 d+Z,DX54 d+Z,DX56 d+Z and DX57 d+Z were selected as the research objects,and the unidirectional tensile test was carried out.The Combined Swift-Hockett-Sherby model,Ghosh model,Hockett-Sherby model,Swift model and Voce model were used to fit the true stress-plastic strain test curve within the uniform deformation range of DC series automobile plates.The fitting accuracy was analyzed from two aspects of Root Mean Square and Correlation Coefficient.It is concluded that the fitting accuracy of common models is very high.In the large strain range,the model difference gradually increases,but there is regularity.Finally,taking the DX54 uniaxial tensile test as the fitting target,the predicted value of the model in the large strain range was compared with the hydraulic bulging test curve.The results show that the predicted value of Swift model is the largest,the predicted value of Voce is the smallest,and the hydraulic bulging test value is between the predicted value of Ghosh(or Combined S-H)and the predicted value of Hockett-Sherby,The predicted value of Hockett-Sherby model is closest to the hydraulic bulging test curve.
