摘 要:文章介绍了四川德胜集团钒钛有限公司(以下简称“德钢”)3#高炉炉渣处理系统的改造方案及效果,并从操作智能化及能源梯级方面进行了探讨分析。改造实现了熔渣粒化产生的蒸汽、水渣沟沿线蒸汽、水渣跌落产生的蒸汽集中排放,熔渣冲制点及滤池过滤区域烟气排放量明显减少;水渣含水率减少至12%以下,水渣外运环境大为改善;循环水中细渣含量极少,减小系统管路及设备磨损。改造后的德钢3#高炉仍有提升空间,可从智能抓渣、余热回收两方面入手,以进一步提升系统的智能化及绿色节能水准。Bottom filtration process transform practice of Degangsteel’s 3# BF is introduced,and the intelligent operation of equipment and recovery of waste heat are discussed and analyzed.The gas emission at slag punching point and filter area was significantly reduced through transformation.The water content of finished product slag is reduced to 12%.The environment of slag transportation is greatly improved,and the water replenishment per ton of slag is reduced.The fine slag content in circulating water is less than 38.6 mg/L,slowing down the wear rate of system pipes and equipment.After transform practice,bottom filtration process still has room for improvement.Intelligent slag capture and waste heat recovery can be carried out to further improve the intelligent and green energy saving level of the system.
