摘 要:含梅精矿混合料烧结过程对水分十分敏感,适当的烧结混合料水分对于改善梅钢烧结矿的质量和提高产量非常有利,但过多的水分会导致烧结热量不足,影响烧结的进行。为确定梅山钢铁公司(以下简称“梅钢”)5号烧结机梅钢混合料水分的最佳含量,本文以梅钢5#烧结机的实际生产配矿结构为基础,研究了混合料水分对梅精矿烧结过程、烧结矿强度和烧结矿冶金性能的影响。试验结果表明:在基准条件下,当混合料水分为7.5%时,烧结各项指标相对较优,烧结成品率为83.6%,烧结利用系数为1.36 t·m^(-2)·h^(-1),烧结矿FeO含量为8.72%,转鼓指数为83.1%,RDI_(+3.15)为83.6%,各项指标均满足生产要求。Sintering of Meishan iron ore concentrate mixture is very sensitive to moisture.Appropriate increase of moisture is very beneficial to improve the quality and quantity of the sinter,but too much moisture will lead to insufficient sintering heat and affect the progress of sintering.In order to determine the optimal moisture content of Meishan Iron and Steel’s mixture,based on the actual production and ore blending structure of Meishan Iron and Steel 5#sintering machine,the influence of the mixture moisture on the sintering process,sinter strength and sinter metallurgical properties of Meishan Iron and Steel was studied.Influence.The test results show that:under the reference conditions,when the moisture content of the mixture is 7.5%,the sintering indicators are relatively better,the product yield is 83.6%,the productivity is 1.42 t·m^(-2)·h^(-1),the FeO content of sinter is 8.72%,the tumbler index is 83.1% and the RDI_(+3.15) is 83.6%.All indicators meet the production requirements.
