摘  要:钢渣是钢铁冶金生产过程中产生的一种占比较高的固体副产品。由于目前我国钢铁行业产能较高,钢渣的产量惊人,提高钢渣的资源化利用率已经成为冶金行业必须关注的重点问题。钢渣的回收及综合利用不仅能够降低企业原料及能源成本,也符合当前国家对环境治理和资源综合利用的政策导向。本文从钢渣的物理和化学性质入手,特别是其元素和物质组成等方面,介绍了钢渣在钢铁冶炼行业、建筑和筑路行业、农业领域、功能材料领域等多领域的利用现状。结合转炉钢渣的热闷法处理工艺的特点,展示了一种以转炉热闷钢渣为原料的钢渣回收工艺,以期为钢铁企业的钢渣处理和回收工艺优化提供一定的指导。Steel slag is a solid by-product that is produced in large quantities during the ferrous metallurgy process.The output of steel slag in China is astounding due to the enormous capacity of the steel industry,and enhancing the resource utilization rate of steel slag has become a critical issue that the metallurgical sector must address.Steel slag recycling and extensive usage can minimize raw material and energy costs while also conforming to current national policy orientations on environmental governance and resource utilization.Beginning with the physical and chemical properties of steel slag,especially its elements and material composition,this paper introduces the current utilization status of steel slag in ferrous metallurgy,construction and road building industry,agriculture,functional materials and other fields.In order to provide some guidance for the optimization of steel slag treatment and recovery processes in iron and steel enterprises,this paper presents a steel slag recovery process using converter hot pressing steel slag as raw material,taking into account the characteristics of the hot pressing treatment process of converter steel slag.
