摘  要:为降低CSP流程耐候钢SPA-H生产成本,本文采用低Ni高Ti成分设计,重点研究了成分优化对耐候板SPA-H铸坯质量、力学性能、表面质量、耐腐蚀性能和微观形貌的影响。结果表明,成分优化前后耐候钢SPA-H铸坯质量、热卷力学性能、端部表面质量和酸洗后表面质量良好,冷弯性能达到0级,耐腐蚀性能和显微形貌等控制良好,满足技术标准和用户使用要求。成分优化后,耐候钢SPA-H吨钢成本降低80元以上,年降本量达到800万元,满足耐候钢降本增效的要求,增加产品市场竞争力。In order to reduce the production cost of weather resistant steel SPA-H in CSP process,this paper adopts the design of low Ni and high Ti composition,and focuses on the influence of composition optimization on the quality,mechanical properties,surface quality,corrosion resistance and micro morphology of weather resistant plate SPA-H slab.The results show that the slab quality,hot coil mechanical properties,end surface quality and pickled surface quality of weather resistant steel SPA-H before and after composition optimization are good,the cold bending performance reaches grade 0,and the corrosion resistance and micro morphology are well controlled,which meet the technical standards and user requirements.After the composition optimization,the cost per ton of weathering steel SPA-H is reduced by more than 80 yuan,and the annual cost reduction reaches 8 million yuan,which meets the requirements of cost reduction and efficiency increase of weathering steel and increases the market competitiveness of products.
