摘　　要：本文主要阐述了基于物联网的智能管控系统在山东泰山钢铁集团有限公司焦化厂皮物料管理中的应用,该系统将自动化技术、数据采集技术、自动化定位技术、视频监控技术及信息化技术相结合,建立了一套远程控制系统管理平台,实现了焦化物料生产调度管理、生产设备管理、生产监控管理等功能,此项目的实施应用提高了输煤运输和焦炭运输的自动化水平,减少了岗位人员,提升了工作效率,强化了管理水平,解决了人工调控的弊端,增强了设备连续安全高效运行能力,为企业进一步智能化生产提供了重要保障。This paper mainly describes the application of intelligent control system based on Internet of things in coking plant leather material management of Shandong Taishan Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.the system combines automation technology,data acquisition technology,automatic positioning technology,video monitoring technology and information technology,establishes a set of remote control system management platform,and realizes coking material production scheduling management Production equipment management,production monitoring management and other functions.The implementation and application of this project improves the automation level of coal transportation and coke transportation,reduces post personnel,improves work efficiency,strengthens management level,solves the disadvantages of manual regulation,enhances the continuous safe and efficient operation ability of equipment,and provides an important guarantee for further intelligent production of enterprises.
